What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I am a deep thinker, and a deep feeler, and it is my joy and privilege to help you be the best, most resilient version of you!

In case you’re interested, I’ve got a whole host of knowledge and experience that crosses the boundaries of complexity theory, systems dynamics, change enablement and leadership. I have a BBA, two masters’ degrees in International Marketing and Change Management.

I have worked in the corporate landscape across industries and a variety of functional areas- from marketing, to digital, to product to learning and development.
